New Bridge Members & Runoff

Thanks to everyone who attended our October 21st General Membership meeting and to all who voted in this year's election. Congratulations to the incoming officers and trustee members, one of whom is still to be decided! Yes, you read that correctly.

We voted on four trustee positions, and for the first time in anyone's memory, we had a tie for the fourth trustee between Bob Aleksandrivic and Ron Gerome. To resolve this tie, we will hold a runoff election. We considered alternatives, rock-paper-scissors, beer chugging, arm wrestling, and even a ballot last night, but to be fair to those who voted and couldn't attend, we have chosen a runoff election.

Please come by the Club between now and October 31st to cast your vote for either Ron or Bob. I appreciate your taking the time to do this and your support of the Club.

The Change of Watch ceremony, at which the new officers and trustees will be sworn in, will be on Saturday, November 21st. I hope to see you all there to celebrate our incoming bridge:

Commodore, Mike Cunningham
Vice Commodore, Adam Ressler
Rear Commodore, Bryan McPhail
Treasurer, Michael Mitro
Secretary, Bill Butcher
Fleet Captain, Greg Vittardi
Fleet Surgeon, Anthony Zarlinga

Newly Elected Trustees, Dan Lydey, Walter Spann and Tom Narduzzi

I would also like to thank outgoing board members Butch Bates and Paul Cipiel for their service. I was fortunate to have a great team behind me during my term as Commodore and appreciate them, the entire membership, and staff for your support. As a result of everyone's dedication, we have a wonderful club.

Commodore:  Rob Ruhlman
