Breakfast menu is Saturday and Sunday 8am-12pm in May through October

LYC Classic
Two eggs any style, served with hash browns, choice of bacon or sausage
and choice of toast  (white, wheat, or rye).   $ 9

 Breakfast Burrito
Chorizo, shredded cheddar cheese, peppers, Pico de Gallo, scrambled eggs, hash browns
served in a flour tortilla. Served with a side of salsa.   $ 11

Avocado Toast
Open faced Italian loaf topped with avocado spread with smoked salmon,
pickled red onion and arugula.  $ 15

English Muffin Sandwich
English Muffin with crispy bacon, fried egg, and American cheese.
Served with hash browns.    $ 8

 Monte Cristo
Open faced French toast, Swiss cheese, fried chicken, pork belly,
sunny side up egg with berry syrup.    $ 11

 Chilaquiles
Shredded chicken, sunny side up egg, avocado, crème fraiche, cheddar/Jack cheese,
corn tortilla chips and salsa Verde.   $ 11

 Apple Pie French Toast
2 battered French toast slices topped with apple pie filling and cream cheese frosting.
Served with a choice of bacon or sausage.   $ 10

 Blueberry and Lemon Pancakes
3 Buttermilk blueberry and lemon pancakes with berry syrup.
Served with choice of bacon or sausage.  $ 10

 Omelets
Served with hash browns and your choice of toast (white, wheat, or rye)

Bell peppers, ham and cheddar/jack cheese.   $ 11

Mexican Shredded Chicken
Shredded chicken, avocado, Pico de Gallo, and cheddar/Jack cheese.   $ 11

Braised short rib, onions, mushrooms, banana peppers,
Mozzarella cheese, horseradish cream sauce.  $ 13

Pico, avocado, pepper jack cheese, chorizo, onion, sunny side up egg,
hash browns topped with crème fraiche. $ 11

 Short Rib
Braised short rib, sauteed mushrooms, onions, demi, hash browns,
cheddar/Jack cheese and a sunny side up egg.   $ 12

 Grilled Portobello
Grilled portobello mushrooms, peppers, onions, vegan mozzarella cheese,
hash browns sunny side up egg and Romesco sauce.   $ 10
