Lakeside Breakfast

Served only on Saturday and Sunday Mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in April

The breakfast menu is available Saturday and Sunday, 8 am-12 pm from May through October

LYC Classic
Two eggs any style, served with hash browns, choice of bacon or sausage
and choice of toast  (white, wheat, or rye).   $ 9

 Breakfast Burrito
Chorizo, shredded cheddar cheese, peppers, Pico de Gallo, scrambled eggs, and hash browns
served in a flour tortilla. Served with a side of salsa.   $ 11

Avocado Toast
Open-faced Rye bread topped with sunny side up eggs, Avocado spread, tomato, and arugula.  $ 11

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant
Croissant with crispy bacon, fried egg, and American cheese. Served with cubed potatoes. $ 8

 Apple Pie French Toast
2 battered French toast slices topped with apple pie filling and cream cheese frosting.
Served with a choice of bacon or sausage.   $ 10

 Buttermilk Pancakes
2 Buttermilk pancakes with Maple syrup.
Served with a choice of bacon or sausage.  $ 10

 Omelets
Served with hash browns and your choice of toast (white, wheat, or rye)

 Denver
Bell peppers, ham, and cheddar/jack cheese.   $ 11

Meat Lovers
Bacon, sausage, ham and cheddar/jack cheese. $ 11

Vegetarian
Red and green bell peppers, onion, tomato, cheddar/Jack cheese.   $11

Choice of toast (white, wheat, or rye).

Chorizo
Pico, avocado, pepper jack cheese, chorizo, onion, sunny side up egg,
hash browns, topped with crème fraiche. $ 11

 Vegetarian
Red and green bell peppers, onion, tomato, hash browns, cheddar/Jack cheese, and a sunny-side-up egg.   $12
