The Finance Committee recommends the following adjustments to LYC’s Fee Schedule:

Increase the Capital Improvement Fund Fee by $10/month effective November 1, 2025. The funds raised will help pay for the Center Dock Replacement and other capital improvements, such as new dining room tables, upgrading the Gas House dock boards, and new landscaping needed after the bike path construction is complete.

Increase the electrical charge to $125 per air conditioner effective November 1, 2025.

Increase Senior Boating Member Initiation Fee by $500, to $8,500, effective November 1, 2025.
